License Agreement

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Claude Computer Use demo for personal and development purposes in accordance with these terms.

2. API Usage

Use of the Claude Computer Use API requires a valid Anthropic API key. You are responsible for keeping your API credentials secure and following Anthropic's usage guidelines and rate limits.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use Claude Computer Use for any illegal purposes or to process sensitive/personal data
• Attempt to bypass security restrictions or access unauthorized system resources
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on Claude Computer Use
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms

4. Sandbox Environment

The Computer Use sandbox environment is provided "as is" with no warranties. You are responsible for any code or commands executed within the sandbox environment. We recommend testing thoroughly before using in production.

5. Intellectual Property

Claude Computer Use and all related content remain the exclusive property of AgentUse and/or Anthropic. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the software or its content.

6. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Claude Computer Use at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Claude Computer Use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

CLAUDE COMPUTER USE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENTUSE OR ANTHROPIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE CLAUDE COMPUTER USE.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentUse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
