2. Service Description

Claude Computer Use provides a sandbox computing environment powered by Anthropic's Claude API for code execution and development purposes. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your API credentials
• Use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
• Not use the service for any malicious or harmful purposes
• Not share or expose sensitive information in the sandbox environment

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

5. Sandbox Environment

The sandbox environment is provided with the following conditions:

All content and technology related to Claude Computer Use, including but not limited to code, documentation, and interfaces, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any code you create using the service.

The service integrates with Anthropic's API and other third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Claude Computer Use for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or abusive behavior
• Non-payment or API key issues
• Extended periods of inactivity

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentUse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of Claude Computer Use.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentUse operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
